They’re Here!

After months of waiting, our trees have finally arrived! These are no “home depot” trees – they are mature full grown trees. I’m sure they’ll be beautiful come spring. For those that don’t know we had to wait until the trees went completely dormant before we could transport them and plant them from the nursery.

What type of trees are these?

These are Sun Valley” Red Maple Cultivar (Acer Rubrum). Red Maple cultivars are popular as lawn, street or shade trees. They have a a broad, rounded crown and grow to 25’-50’ tall, and 25’-35’ wide. Dark green summer foliage with very intense Fall color. These trees hold on to their beautiful autumn foliage longer than most other varieties.
