Crystal Firs home owners association is located in wonderful Maple Valley Washington located just west of Kent and Covington, and north of Black Diamond.

The purpose of the Home Owners Association is to oversee the upkeep of the neighborhood. This includes both common areas, as well as ensuring that homeowners abide by the Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions.

The Association is administered and managed by a volunteer board consisting of three (3) directors elected from among the home owners at the annual meeting. You may contact the Board by sending email to info@crystalfirs.com or by contacting the property manager at Century 21.

Bylaws are formally adopted governing regulations for the administration and management of the association. Association bylaws are available on the HOA website.
The Crystal Firs HOA Homeowners Association has a number of rules and regulations that you should be familiar with called Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions (CC&R). The purpose of the CC&Rs is to protect the economic value, desirability of ownership, and architectural uniformity of the homes within Crystal Firs HOA. . Association CC & Rs are available on the HOA website.
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for administering the Covenant’s, Codes, and Restrictions (CC&R). This includes reviewing all proposed changes to the exterior of a Crystal Firs HOA homeowner property. Some examples are exterior paint, fence designs, tool shed, walkway, etc. The ACC also enforces CC&R items such as home and yard maintenance to ensure that Crystal Firs HOA remains a desirable community to live in while protecting homeowner investment.
