CHRYSTAL FIRS HOA BOARD MEETING
September 5, 2020 Via Face Time
Called to order: 9:00 am
Present: Ben Bunker, Harman Bajwa, and John Walsworth
President’s Action Items:
- Sign area clean up. Tim’s Landscape filled in area with bark. Further action tabled.
- Wetlands clean up. Tim’s Landscape completed a good job cleaning the perimeter.
- Fence repairs along the highway. The board will check on the fence repairs noted on the last inspection and make a determination on the next steps (if necessary) to require the homeowner to make the repairs. Those who need to make repairs will receive a letter from Century 21 with the details. The board will meet and make decisions on September 12, 2020.
- Street tree strips. Tim’s installed the bark. Item removed from Action Items.
- Unpaid homeowner assessments. Century 21 will send notices.
- Mailbox expense. Insurance covered the replacement installation and the HOA paid the $500 deductible.
- Last minutes of Board meeting. Post on our website
New Items:
- Harman knew of other HOA’s that waived a half of year’s assessment due to the financial stress caused by the pandemic. After discussion we decided that our budget was too tight to be feasible.
- Neighbor complaint about constantly barking dogs. The board will follow up by talking with the owner.
