Approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is required before work can begin of any fence,
shed, barn, deck, exterior painting, major concrete or landscaping project, or of any exterior structural
modification, roof or siding changes. The HOA Board of Directors or its Authorized ACC representative has
up to 30 days to review this application from the Date Submitted. I understand the Board of Directors will
act as quickly as possible and contact me in writing regarding their decision. If any change is made that has
not been approved, as the Homeowner I risk receiving a CC&R violation, possible fines and in addition, the
Committee has the right to ask me the Homeowner to remove the improvement from my property at my
own expense. Please attach a lot diagram showing the location of the improvement and a detailed drawing,
paint chips or any other details that should be considered by the committee. Thank you for your

sample materials picked up for review.
