CRYSTAL FIRS HOA BOARD MEETING
February 29, 2020
Attendees: Ben Bunker, Whitney Mullins, Harman Bajwa, and John Walsworth.
Ben called the meeting to order at 9:05 am.
Discussions and Reports:
- Landscaper change: Whitney reported that Scotts Landscaping will conclude on May 31 and Tim’s Landscaping will begin service on June 1, 2020.
- Whitney also reported that Century 21 had not responded do her requests concerning the fence repair issue. Due to the delay she recommended that we move the fence repairs deadline to September 1, 2020.
- Wetlands drainage issue: Harman reported that he made contact with a representative from the City of Maple Valley and received permission to find a contractor to make the appropriate changes to divert the runoff to the storm drain. Harman has found a contractor and a bid is pending. Hopefully we can get other bids as well.
- Sign repair: Ben reported that a contractor inspected the sign and determined that the current sign would not be stable using epoxy to anchor it to a base. He would not give a bid until we provide plans for the area. The issue is tabled until we receive a bid on the drainage issue.
- Digital copy of the homeowners directory: John reported that Century 21 did not provide the information requested. Ben will follow up with Century 21.
- Bulk SMS provider: Ben reported that the current company is not and has not responded to requests. The board voted to allow Ben to change companies.
