The meeting was called to order at 7:05pm by President Whitney Mullins.
Reports
- The Projects Report for 2019 was given by Ben Bunker, which included landscaping, tree care, and the common area drainage issues.
- The Projects Report for 2020 was given by Ben Bunker and Whitney Mullins, with discussion from those present. The main topics included unresolved issues from 2019, the completion of the “Crystal Firs” sign at the entrance on Kent Kangley Highway, the update of our CC&Rs, and renewed enforcement of the CC&Rs.
- Whitney gave a report on the 2020 Neighborhood Activities.
- Steven McCarty, the Century 21 manager of the Crystal Firs HOA, gave the Financial report highlighting the 2019 Yearly Spreadsheet comparing the actual with the budget amounts of income and expenditures. He also presented the 2020 Proposed Budget.
Business
- Motion: That Ben follow up with Steve Kristek for help on permanently anchoring the “Crystal Firs” sign to its base. Motion passed.
- Motion: That the HOA board will check the street trees next spring to evaluate whether some trees will need to be replaced. Motion passed.
- Motion: That Whitney will contact the HOA about the Holiday Fire Department Drive Through the Neighborhood event on 12/20, so that our members will be able to cheer their community efforts and provide much needed food for Food Bank. Motion passed.
- That Ben Bunker serve another term on the board. Motion passed.
- That Harman Bajwa serve another term on the board. Motion passed.
- That John Walsworth serve another term on the board. Motion passed.
- That Whitney Mullins serve another term on the board. Motion passed.
- That the 2020 HOA budget be accepted and approved. The budget was approved unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:35pm.
