CRYSTAL FIRS HOA BOARD MEETING – April 29, 2019
President Steve Kristek called the meeting to order at 7:05. Quorum was established.
REPORTS:
• The financial report given by Treasurer Ben Bunker.
• HOA management from Century 21 Steven McCarty gave a report
on a new computer program to handle the semi annual
homeowner payments.
• “Crystal Firs” sign and utility boxes damages given by Steve
Kristek.
• Street trees report given by Steve Kristek.
BUSINESS:
• Motion: That the HOA 2019 budget be accepted.
Vote: The HOA 2019 budget was approved. A copy will be filed
with the meeting notes.
• Motion: That the HOA board review the CC&Rs to the possibility
of the street tree strip maintenance responsibility revert from the
HOA to the individual property owners.
Vote: The motion passed unanimously. The Board will research
the issue and make a recommendation.
• Motion: That HOA members accept the resignation of Board
members Steve Kristek, Jerry Eshleman and Tim Cooke.
Vote: The motion passed unanimously.
• Motion: That Ben Bunker and John Walsworth stay on the Board
for another term and Whitney Mullins and Harman Bajwa be
added as Board members.
Vote: The motion passed unanimously.
