HOA Board Meeting Minutes 2021-07-26

Meeting opened with the discussion of Action Items

Action items list:

• Wetland clean up – Ben went through the wetland area and took out several bags of trash
• Downed sign & burnt out light – Randy contacted the city regarding both of these issues.  The sign has been put back up but the light hasn’t been replaced yet. Randy will continue to contact the city.
• New sign project
  • Ben will check with a contractor he knows that might be able to give us a quote
  • Randy will follow up with a few companies he reached out to but is having a difficult time.  He will also check with Century 21 to see if they could recommend a sign company that does signage for housing developments.
• Tree Replacement – 
  • John will check with Century 21 to see if we have a record of where the HOA purchased the previous trees.
  • Brooke will check later in the fall on prices for tree replacement.
• Discussion of the upkeep and over all care of lawns and landscaping in the neighborhood
  • The board will send out an email to all owners by this Friday regarding the R&Rs and the lot appearance.  “Each lot must be regularly maintained in a reasonably neat and tidy condition to enhance ‘curb appeal.’”
  • The board members will do a walk through of the neighborhood on August 15th and have a predetermined list of items they are looking at.

Open Discussion:

• Berry Bushes growing up against the fence in the “wetland” area – Randy will contact Tim’s landscaping and see if it will cost extra to remove. 
• How many hours can people have an RV in their driveway – 24 hours per the RRs
