CRYSTAL FIRS HOA BOARD MEETING

Discussions and Reports:
- Change of landscape companies: Harman will coordinate dates and details.
- Sign repair: Ben called come contractors and will get quotes for the work.
- Landscape Walk-through (fence repair): Letters will go out soon, but repairs not due until July 1, and reminders will be sent out in the spring.
- Welcome packets issue: Century 21 does not provide welcome packets and the $400 fee for new owners will not include the packets.
- Blackberry complaint: Homeowner (Lot 21) complained that blackberries from the church came over her fence. Ben contacted the church and will follow up.
- “Junk pile” removal in wetlands: Whitney will see if her husband’s truck will be big enough for the job. Ben will get an estimate for a junk removal company.
- Ice on sidewalk next to Ben’s lot: A temporary solution will be to use a “sandwich board” as a pedestrian warning.
