Annual HOA Meeting – POSTPONED
Dear Crystal Fir Homeowner:
The annual Crystal Firs HOA meeting is scheduled for Nov 15th 2017 and will be held at Ristrettos Coffee and Wine located at 27203 216th Ave SE, Maple Valley, WA 98038.
This meeting will be held to review the current status of the HOA as well as to vote and approve the following:
- Election of the 2018 officers
- We are currently operating with two officers Mark Hauge & Jerry Eshleman. Sarah Green has resigned as of Sept 28th 2017
- We urgently need additional participation to share the responsibilities required to maintain the Crystal Firs Homeowners Association. Please consider volunteering your time to help us maintain our neighborhood.
- If you would like to get involved please email the HOA or contact one of the board members to let them know your interest.
- Responsibilities include project management including the following:
- CC&R – CR&R Violations and Enforcement
- ACC – Architectural Change Requests – Review & Approval
- Landscape Projects – Design Review & Funding
- Participation in monthly management process
- Attendance at four BOD meetings and one HOA meeting annually
- Ad hoc meetings based on potential community escalations
It is imperative for the continued progress of our neighborhood that you attend this meeting to vote and participate in the process. If you are unable to attend, we respectfully request your proxy and your vote to achieve a quorum and to pass important initiatives.
